Understanding the Home Buying Process
The path to purchasing your first new construction home is an exciting one. You might take your first step by deciding to build or purchase a home in a community of new homes in Frisco TX. Once that decision is made, what happens next?
These are the major milestones on your way to owning a brand new home:
- Purchase agreement
First you’ll browse the builder’s website to find home plans and a community that appeal to you. - Closing
The final step on your journey takes place at a title company, where you’ll sign all the documents, make your payments and become the owner of your brand new home!
