Big Golf Events coming to Frisco
Golf lovers living in Frisco TX have two big events to look forward to this year and next. A national youth championship and a world-class professional tournament are planned at the PGA’s Fields Ranch courses.
13u PGA Junior League Championship
The PGA will host their 13u Junior League Championship on the Fields Ranch West course from November 11–15, 2026. Young players from across the country will compete in this final tournament of the season for their age group. The Junior League is a program of the PGA of America REACH Foundation. It helps young people get involved in golf and develop the skills to compete as adults.
Parking and admission are free. This is a great opportunity for families to watch a tournament and inspire their kids to play.
2027 PGA Championship
Next year on May 17–23, 2027, 156 top male professional golfers from around the world will vie for the top spot on the Fields Ranch East course. The event will be televised internationally.
Admission for spectators is by ticket only. The ticket price includes meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks from concessions on the course.
